There is no doubt that men can pay the same amount of attention to detail, have the same passion, and practice perfectionism when cooking as they do in other areas of their lives. Thre’s a reason there are so many famous male chefs. However, unfortunately, the stereotype that the kitchen is female territory is still quite widespread.

We at Bright Side like to find proof that men can create miracles when it comes to cooking, especially when they’re doing it for the ones they love.

“Birthday breakfast for my wife. Strawberry cheesecake french toast”

“My husband made sushi last night for the first time!”

“My husband made me this beautiful charcuterie board to cheer me up after I went through a scary medical procedure”

“My roommate made this for his brother’s birthday.”

“Husband got a John Wayne cookbook and made the ’Chicken Parmesan Supreme’”

“My husband is an amazing cook! Had a rib roast for dinner.”

“I made the creamed spinach, my husband cooked the steak.”

“When the husband decides to cook, anything can happen!”

“Cooked steak au poivre for my wife. She loved me for it!”

“My husband cooked the family a couple of meals out of the Skyrim cookbook.”

“The recipes are just incredible! This is chicken and leek dumplings in rye pastry.”

“The husband cooked my favorite pasta today: tagliatelle with a magic crème fraîche sauce and prawns.”

“My boyfriend cooked some prime NY strips, and I’ve been working on food photography as a new hobby. This is the result.”

“My husband is home from his work overseas and is spoiling me rotten. He doesn’t think his cooking is anything special and I disagree.”

“In the last 12 months, I’ve helped my wife lose 120 pounds by cooking and meal prepping breakfast/lunch/dinner for us.”

“This is a pot roast my husband made. It’s also the same dish he made when he cooked for me for the first time.”

“Told my husband I heard on the radio that it’s Filet Mignon Day. He brought ingredients home and cooked this beauty for me.”

“Made my wife dinner after our argument.”

“When I’m out of town, my husband cooks and sends me photos like this.”

“My husband (who can’t cook to save his life) had been secretly researching creme brûlée so that he could surprise me with my favorite dessert.”

What is your signature dish that is worth all the stars (both Michelin and in the sky)?
